Occupy Exeter To Begin

After two fantastic general assemblies, Occupy Exeter is heading to the ground. It has been proposed that we meet outside HSBC on Exeter High Street at 12noon on Saturday 12th November. If you haven't yet attended one of these general assemblies, we encourage you to come and see what it's all about. This is an inclusive movement in solidarity with the many movements and occupations of its kind, and in demonstration of the sheer number of dissidents rising in objection to the gross disproportionality of unregulated wealth held by 2% of the population of the UK. Occupy Exeter will add its voice to the cry.

  1. Having followed Occupy Exeter online since its inception, I have been struck throughout by the tone, thoughtfulness and care of those dedicated to its progress.

Good luck on Saturday and beyond, as you take another brave step in the process of ensuring that our fragile globe becomes a better place for all.

    Best wishes,
    Marcus
